Pendower House is in the heart of the beautiful Spa Capital – Daylesford.

Ideally located just a two minute stroll from town, you’ll find great cafes, delicious restaurants, unique shops and stunning galleries to explore. After the shops it’s an easy walk to Lake Daylesford. No need for the car, just enjoy walking around town.

Where to Drink?   There are many great wineries in the region to discover, Captain’s Creek,  Passing Clouds  and many more. Some offer delicious tasting plates others fabulous cheese from the region, eat drink and enjoy!

What to do?  How about a round of golf at Hepburn Golf Club, a movie at the fabulous new The Daylesford Cinema  try discovering the treasures at the MIll Market or the delights of the magical Convent Gallery…or just a few hours having a great treatment.

Where to eat?  We are close to many great restaurants and we send out a Pendower’s Guests Recommendation List when you book… this list is based on our experience as well feedback from guests. From the front door you can walk to many cafes and restaurants (Perfect DropKuzuki, Horvats Supper Club, Red Ginger) or enjoy a few minutes drive to nearby dining treats. (Mercato, Farmers Arms or Lakehouse)

Where to bushwalk? We are close to the start to the Tipperery Springs Bush walk. A lovely bush track about 3-4 circuit hours from our doorstep. Just ask Renee or Irene for the directions. (Many more bush walks in the area). We can give you ideas on bush walks, cycle routes and the best places to see the kangaroos.

The local Visitors Centre located about 5 minutes walk from Pendower House has a huge selection of walking maps and general information to help make your stay even better.
